§ 9-88-4. Notice requirements.

The proprietor or other person in charge of any of the places or areas described in section 9-88-2 shall post and maintain conspicuous signs in all nonsmoking areas, advising the public that smoking is prohibited therein, describing generally the perimeters of the nonsmoking area, and stating the penalty for violation of the prohibition in language similar to the following:

NO SMOKING
