§ 9-88-1. Definitions.

  • As used in this chapter:

    Restaurant means any eating place which is open to the public, having a seating capacity of 50 individuals or more.

    Smoking includes carrying a lighted cigar, cigarette, cigarillo, pipe, or any other lighted smoking material and/or equipment.
