§ 9-72-7. Nutritional requirements.

Each home shall prepare wholesome, well balanced meals and the health department will provide nutritional education to assure that each staff person understands how to meet the special dietary needs of each resident. Kitchen employees of each home must receive this training at least two times per year. Persons who are registered dietitians, or who hold current nutritional education certificates, shall not be required to take the nutritional training required by the health department.
