§ 9-64-10. Inspection.

The health officer, or his or her representative, may make an inspection of a fish pool, pool or lake at any time to investigate for mosquito breeding and as to health conditions, and shall have the authority to take such action as may be necessary to properly control mosquito breeding when found or to insure health conditions in and around such pool or lake.
