§ 9-64-4. Rulings of health officer final—Authority of health officer to make rules and regulations.

  • A.

    In determining when and where it is necessary to use the prevention methods set out in section 9-64-2, and in determining which of such methods shall be used, and in determining when proper and sufficient prevention methods have been used, the judgment of the health officer shall be final.

    B.

    The health officer is authorized to pass such rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter as may be proper in the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
