§ 9-56-5. Rules and regulations to implement articles.

The director of the solid waste division, except as otherwise stated, subject to the approval of the mayor, may make such rules and regulations as are consistent with the provisions of this article as may be necessary or desirable to aid in the administration of and obtaining compliance with the provisions of this article.
