§ 9-52-20. Right of entry into food establishment—Interfering with health department personnel.

The health officer, all agents, environmentalists or inspectors of the department
of health shall have the right to enter any lot, premises, building, factory or place
where food is manufactured, processed, distributed, stored, sold, or offered for sale,
and it is unlawful for any person to deny to such officers, agents and employees access
to any such place, or to interfere with such officers in the performance of their
duties under the provisions of this chapter.
