§ 9-44-2. Smoking in bed.

It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to start or cause a fire by smoking in bed, or by placing or leaving any lighted cigarette, cigar or tobacco on any bed or by permitting any lighted cigarette, cigar or tobacco to fall upon a bed.
