§ 9-32-6. Conclusion of emergency—Proclamation by mayor.

Latest version.

All curtailment of energy use decreed by the mayor shall terminate upon the conclusion of the energy emergency as defined in section 9-32-1, and the mayor shall proclaim the same to have come to an end.
