§ 9-20-8. Established.

There is established an emergency ambulance service which shall be and is incident to the operation of the fire services division. All policies governing this ambulance service shall be determined by the fire services division, with a copy of the policy sent to the chairperson of the council. Any change in the policy will be provided to the council.
