§ 8-12-4. Resisting or interfering with animal shelter employee.

It is unlawful for any person to resist or interfere with an animal shelter employee in the performance of his or her duties by acting in a violent and tumultuous manner toward any animal officer so that such officer is placed in danger of safety of his or her life, limb or health.
