§ 7-8-6. Required.

No person shall engage in the storing, selling, distributing or manufacturing of beer or any other beverage referred to in section 7-8-1 within the corporate limits of the city until he or she receives approval from the alcohol commission and purchases a license from the city treasurer, or his or her designee.
