§ 7-8-2. Transportation and sale legalized—Compliance required.

It is lawful to transport, store, sell, distribute, possess, receive or manufacture beverages mentioned in section 7-8-1 within the corporate limits of the city, subject to all of the regulations, limitations and restrictions provided by the laws of the state and this chapter, and subject to all of the laws of the state and this chapter, and subject to the rules and regulations enacted by authorized public officials or boards.
