§ 6-52-16. Renewal.

Latest version.

Permits issued under this article shall be renewed annually and the application for renewal shall be accompanied by the payment of the fee required for the type device prescribed. The renewal fee shall be paid each year by July 1 and will remain in effect through June 30 of the following year. Permits issued after July 1 shall be prorated to reflect the months remaining in the fiscal year.
