§ 6-4-5. Organization operating bingo establishment to file duplicate of annual report of receipts and disbursements with comptroller.

A.

All organizations authorized by the state to operate bingo establishments are required to file a duplicate of the annual reports of receipts and disbursements filed with the Secretary of State. These reports shall be filed with the city comptroller at the same time the annual reports are filed with the Secretary of State.

B.

Failure to file these reports shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as otherwise provided by law.
