§ 6-4-1. Advertisements and notices to give price of admission.
Persons in charge of places of amusement or entertainment, such as theaters, moving picture shows, baseball parks, circuses, fairs, public dance halls and all other places of entertainment and amusement, where admission is charged to witness the same, and for seats, shall show conspicuously in all advertisements or notices to the public of such entertainment or amusement, whether by newspaper advertisement, handbills, posters, wall signs, books or periodicals, movie slides, programs or by any other means of notice to the public, the price of admission, both gate and door, and of reserved seats and for boxes, and any other charge to be made for witnessing such entertainment or amusement.
