§ 6-48-19. Method of operation.

A.

It is unlawful for an employee of any massage institute or bathhouse to administer massages or baths in any room, cubicle or area in which more than three-fourths of the sides are enclosed by walls, partitions, curtains or any other opaque object.

B.

It is unlawful for an employee of any massage institute or bathhouse to massage or bathe, while inside such massage institute or bathhouse, the genitalia of another.
