§ 6-48-7. Appeal of denial.

  • Any applicant who was denied a permit under this article may request a hearing with appropriate division of police services officials to discuss such denial, that hearing to be held within ten days of the denial. Within ten days after that hearing, an applicant may seek further relief by appealing such denial to the city council. Notice of appeals from such division of police services hearings to the council of the city must be filed within such ten days; otherwise the action of the division of police services shall be deemed and considered to be final.
