§ 6-40-6. Appeal of denial.

Any applicant denied a permit or permit renewal under this article may appeal to the city council within ten business days of the denial. Notice of appeals to the city council must be filed with the office of the chairperson of the city council within such ten days; otherwise the denial shall be deemed and considered to be final.
