§ 6-16-4. Authority of health department to adopt rules and regulations; interpretation of provisions.

  • The health department shall have the right to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary in its judgment to meet the requirements of adequate coin-operated launderette sanitation and to preserve the safety and health of the patrons thereof. The interpretation of the provisions of this chapter shall be made by the health officer.
