§ 6-16-1. Definitions.

  • For the purpose of this chapter, any person owning or managing an establishment engaged in the business of providing public, mechanically coin-operated machines for the purpose of washing, drying or dry-cleaning under the term, "coin-operated launderette," "coin-op," "launderette," or otherwise, shall be deemed an operator functioning as a coin-operated launderette.
