§ 4-12-5. Expenses.

The city shall appropriate funds for the trust fund as necessary to pay all costs and expenses of the board, including the fees of legal counsel, actuaries, consultants, accountants, investment advisers, brokers, trustees, and other agents employed by the board. Such costs and expenses shall be paid by the comptroller out of the trust fund.
