§ 2-91-3. Delegation of authority.

Any funds designated by city council for Pre-K education shall be distributed and overseen by a designated fiscal agent to be jointly selected by the city and county mayors. The authority to distribute funds and oversight of the overall program for universal needs based Pre-K education is hereby granted to a fiscal agent as described hereinbelow and such authority shall be renewed every school year by the city and county mayors with such renewal occurring not later than prior to the start of the school year for which city and/or county funds will be utilized
