§ 2-90-8. Report to city council.

The minority business development and oversight commission shall submit a written report to the city council no less than quarterly on the status of participation in the minority and women-owned business enterprise program. The commission shall also submit to the city council an action plan for increasing the utilization and creation of minority and women-owned businesses within the private sector no later than three months after all inaugural members have been appointed. Thereafter, the commission shall make a report no less than quarterly on the progress of the action plan to the city council economic development committee.
