§ 2-86-8. Administration; funding.

The activities of the commission shall be administered by the county, and it shall be the duty of the commission to prepare and submit to the mayor of the city and the mayor of the county, for their approval, a proposed budget for the commission for the ensuing fiscal year. The commission will be jointly funded by the city and the county.
