§ 2-84-6. Meetings; quorum; records.
A.
The commission shall conduct regular meetings at such time and place as the commission may fix by resolution. Such meetings will be open to the public with proper public notification.
B.
Special meetings may be called from time to time by the chairperson. Eight of the voting members of the commission, including the ex officio members of the commission with benefit of vote, shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The commission shall cause a proper record to be kept of the proceedings. Written notice of any meeting of the commission shall be given to the members at least 24 hours prior to the date set for the meeting. In the event that all 20 voting members of the commission are present and voting on an item, the president of the commission shall cast a tie-breaking vote, if necessary.
