§ 2-84-14. Transition provisions.

After the establishment of District No. II, no assessment shall be made as to District No. I except assessments to pay for improvements as provided in section 12-32-5. Upon the adoption by the commission of rules and regulations pursuant to section 12-44-7(E), chapter 12-36 is repealed. Upon the adoption by the commission of rules and regulations pursuant to section 12-44-7(G), chapter 12-48 is repealed. The references to the central business improvement district in sections 12-40-1 through 12-40-6 shall refer to District No. I.
