§ 2-80-1. Division of finance and administration.

A.

There shall be a division of finance and administration with a director to be appointed thereto in the same manner as other directors.

B.

The following departments, agencies and employees are assigned to the division of finance and administration:

Administration;

2.

Comptroller;

3.

Financial management;

4.

Budgeting;

5.

Purchasing;

6.

Data systems;

7.

Treasurer;

8.

Debt and cash management.
