§ 2-78-2. Qualifications.

The mayor may consider in selecting an individual as a regional representative of the port commission such qualifications as having a residence, business, or property in the tri-state area and as having considerable experience in the following areas: land acquisition, management, easements, rights-of-way, condemnation, riparian rights, and the promotion of trade, industry; and commerce.
