§ 2-72-7. Purpose and duties.

It shall be the purpose of the Memphis youth guidance commission to enhance opportunities and the quality of life for youth in the city by studying related issues and functioning as an educational, informational and advocacy body through research, reporting and making recommendations to the mayor and city council.
