§ 2-72-2. Composition; appointment of members.

A.

The Memphis youth guidance commission shall consist of 21 members appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the council. There shall be at least one representative from each of the following categories: business, cultural, education, employment, health, justice, recreation, safety and volunteer community.

B.

At least seven organizations which either fund or coordinate services for children and youth shall be represented.
