§ 2-72-10. Annual report; periodic recommendations.

The Memphis Youth Guidance Commission shall provide the mayor and the city council with an annual report in April of each year of its activities and findings regarding the needs of children and youth and the extent to which those needs are being met within the city. It shall also include recommendations as to strategies for meeting any unmet needs. Recommendations regarding pending legislation or needed legislation shall be brought to the attention of the mayor and city council at appropriate times during the year and shall be included in the annual report.
