§ 2-62-1. Established; composition; appointment and terms of office of members.

A.

There is established a cable television program advisory council consisting of nine members nominated by the mayor and approved by the council. Such members shall serve a term of three years.

B.

The council shall have at least two representatives from local educational broadcasting outlet; two representatives from the educational community; two representatives from business, professional or banking communities; and three citizen representatives.
