§ 2-58-11. City not liable for damages resulting from activities under chapter.

This chapter is an exercise by the city of its governmental functions for the protection of the public peace, health and safety, and the city shall not be liable for any damage sustained to person or property while in good faith carrying out, complying with or attempting to comply with, any order, rule or regulation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
