§ 2-48-9. Budget; appropriation.

The board shall annually submit a budget of its contemplated operation for each year to the city and county mayors who, if they approve, shall forward same to the legislative bodies concerned for approval and appropriation, each of the agencies to appropriate one-half of the approved amount.
