§ 2-48-10. Secretary; term; salary.

Within the limitations of its approved budget, the board at its first meeting in January of each year, shall elect a suitable person to be secretary of the board of adjustment and fix his or her salary, which shall be subject to approval of the legislative bodies and within the approved budget.
