§ 2-46-3. Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, all terms and words used herein shall have common usage meaning except that the following special definitions shall apply:

Board means the Shelby County Groundwater Quality Control Board.

Department means the Memphis and Shelby County Health Department.

Groundwaters of Shelby County means those groundwaters located within the geographic boundaries of Shelby County.
