§ 2-44-1. Established; composition; appointment and terms of office of members.

There is established a broadband telecommunications regulatory board, composed of five persons, appointed by the mayor and approved by the city council for terms of three years; provided that, one of the members shall be the director of public service of the city or his or her designee and four members shall be citizen members, of which two must be subscribers to a broadband telecommunications system. Each member shall be appointed for a term of three years.
