§ 2-34-12. Unauthorized citizens impersonating officer.

It is unlawful for any citizen other than an officially appointed community service officer of the city to wear the uniform apparel or other insignia of office like or similar to, or a colorable imitation of, that adopted and worn by community service officers, or to represent himself or herself to be a community service officer of the city.
