§ 2-28-7. Rules and regulations for conduct of department.

The director of police may, from time to time, promulgate and shall enforce such rules and regulations for the conduct of the police division, not inconsistent with the Charter and ordinances of the city, as may be necessary for the efficient conduct of the division and policing of the city.
