§ 2-24-8. Responsibility of drivers for damage to equipment.

Any driver of any apparatus belonging to the fire services division who carelessly or willfully comes into collision with a vehicle of any kind, while going to or from a fire or fire alarm, shall be held responsible for all such damages that may occur, which shall be deducted from his or her wages.
