§ 2-24-11. Destroying or damaging property generally.

It is unlawful for any fire company, or member thereof, to destroy or damage any pavement or other public or private property, unless it shall be positively necessary to preserve or protect property that is in immediate danger of being destroyed or damaged by fire, and then only in obedience to the orders of the director of the fire services division or commander of the company.
