§ 2-24-1. Established; director; transfer of bureaus, departments, funds.

There is established a division of fire services with a director for such division to be appointed thereto in the same manner as other directors, and there are transferred from the division of fire and police to the division of fire services the bureaus and departments known as the fire department.
