§ 2-22-4. Surveying and engineering services; review of plans for compliance; establishment of official grades.

The city engineer shall be responsible for the performances of all surveying and engineering services as directed by the chief administrative officer. The city engineer shall establish the official grades for streets or public thoroughfares in the city. The city engineer shall review for compliance the plans submitted by builders or real estate developers.
