§ 2-18-7. Unlawful disposition of property; violations of chapter.

Any officer or employee of the city who shall sell, attempt to sell, or otherwise dispose of any condemned personal property of the city, otherwise than is provided for by this chapter, or who shall fail or refuse to perform any duty imposed upon him or her by the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
