§ 2-12-8. Traffic violations bureau ratified; supervision thereof.

A.

The traffic violations bureau is hereby ratified by the council.

B.

The traffic violations bureau shall be removed from the budget and finance department and thereafter be under the supervision of and operated as a division of the city court clerk's office.
