§ 2-12-6. Holidays designated.

A.

The days observed by city employees shall also be observed as holidays by the city court and no cases will be scheduled for trial on such days.

B.

No afternoon or night court sessions shall be held on the day which immediately precedes New Year's Day or Thanksgiving Day.
