§ 2-10-14. Transition and effective date.

This chapter shall be effective July 1, 2007.

B.

Prior to the appointment of the members of the board of ethics and the chief ethics officer, the functions of the chief ethics officer shall, to the extent practicable, be performed by the city attorney.
