§ 14-20-7. Permit—Fee.
A.
No trailer court shall be established or maintained by any person within the city without a valid current permit from the health department issued in the name of the current manager. The department is authorized to issue and to suspend or revoke permits upon written notice of reasonable cause to secure abatement of unsanitary conditions and compliance with health rules and regulations.
B.
Before a permit is issued by the health department, an annual permit fee of $150.00 shall be paid to the city and county health department. Such fee shall be due on January 1 of each calendar year and shall be paid by January 31.
