§ 14-16-74. Guide rails.

A.

Defective rails. Where guide rails are sufficiently worn to prevent the proper operation of the car safety device, they shall be replaced.

B.

Length of rails. Guide rails shall extend continuously the full length of the car and/or counterweight hoistway.
